• We are local. We are a Florida-licensed, not-for-profit adoption agency, physically located and licensed in Florida. While many out-of-state and unlicensed adoption agencies advertise illegally in Florida, we have our offices and homes here. We are Floridians dedicated to helping women in Florida through the adoption process.
• We have more than 30 years of experience. Since 1995, One World Adoption Services has successfully helped thousands of women with unplanned pregnancies. Our professionals have been helping women with adoptions since as far back as 1966! Collectively, we have handled many thousands of adoptions. This is not a hobby for us, it’s a calling!
• No outsourcing – There are three principals at One World Adoption Services—a father and son team of lawyers — Robert A Kasky and Jeffrey A. Kasky – and an Executive Director Margaret T. Snyder, MSW. When you have a question before or after hours, one of our own professionals will answer the phone, not a voice mail or call center. With One World Adoption Services, you can be guaranteed professional, personalized and courteous service. We know this is a difficult time for you and we will make the adoption process as stress-free for you as possible.

  Robert A. Kasky, Esq.

  A Florida lawyer and President of One World Adoption Services, Inc., a Florida-licensed not-for-profit child placing agency. Robert began his legal career as the Earth was cooling, way back in 1973 as a lawyer for the SEC in Washington D.C. Robert completed his first adoption in 19xx and has handled or worked on countless thousands of cases since!

  Jeffrey A. Kasky, Esq.

  A Florida Adoption Lawyer and is Vice President of One World Adoption Services, Inc., a Florida-licensed not-for-profit child placing agency. Jeff has worked in the Music Department of the William Morris Agency, is currently a Florida-certified law enforcement officer and has been practicing law since 1995. Jeff, too, has worked on over a thousand adoption cases in his career in adoption. In March Jeff will be sitting for the Board Certification Exam for the newly-created adoption board certification.
